    Inizia l'erogazione di servizi di manutenzione programmata e in seguito anche facility management

    Il Patron di Esselunga, Bernardo Caprotti, invia a Claudio Bettoni una lettera di personale apprezzamento scritta a mano. La lettera è tuttora incorniciata nel salotto di casa.
